The Alexander girls soccer program is hosting a 5K fundraiser called the Social Distance 5K.  With the current regulations surrounding Covid19 and social distancing, this event will be different than your typical 5K race.  Instead of all participants reporting the one central location and running together, each is responsible for running their own 5K (3.1 miles) course on race day (June 20, 2020).  This can be done in your neighborhood, a park, on a treadmill, or wherever you like to run.  Make sure you track your distance with an app (like MapMyRun) or GPS watch.  Then, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, participants can report to the bus lane at Alexander High School for a drive thru race packet pick up.  You will show us your app/watch that proves you completed the race, and then you will receive your race packet and shirt.  Proper guidelines will be followed based on current regulations on June 20.  

All proceeds will support the Alexander High School girls soccer program.
